These terms do not set the price, commitment period or service levels of a professional subscription. Those details must be set out in sales terms, an order form or a separate contract accepted by the customer.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms of use describe the rules applicable to anyone browsing the Apportly website or using a workspace made available on the platform. The service publisher is DJIDJELLI, entreprise individuelle (EI), referred to below as “Apportly”.
Access to a professional workspace requires acceptance of these terms and, depending on the user’s role, the contractual terms agreed between Apportly and the customer organisation. In the event of a conflict, the professional contract prevails within its scope.
The owner who creates a workspace accepts these terms of use and the data processing agreement on behalf of the Organisation. Apportly records the version accepted, the date and the account that accepted it; a new version must be accepted again to continue using the workspace.
Current version: 2026-09-23.

3. Account creation and access
Users must provide accurate information, keep their email address accessible and protect their authentication credentials. They must not share their account or allow an unauthorised third party to use it. Activity from an account is presumed to have been performed by its holder until fraudulent access is reported.
Access rights are determined by the Organisation. Administrators must apply the principle of least privilege, promptly remove access that is no longer needed and review their member list.
4. Acceptable use rules
Users undertake, in particular, not to:
- use Apportly for unlawful, misleading or legally unsupported prospecting;
- share a person’s contact details without the required information or authorisation;
- upload unlawful, discriminatory or malicious content, or content that infringes a third party’s rights;
- bypass access restrictions, test security without authorisation or disrupt the service;
- extract data in bulk, resell access or reproduce a substantial part of the service;
- use messaging features to send spam or conceal the sender’s identity.
5. Organisation data and content
The Organisation retains the rights it holds over its content and data. It authorises Apportly to host, process, back up, display and transmit them only to the extent necessary to provide, secure and improve the service in accordance with the contract.
The Organisation remains responsible for the lawfulness of the data it collects, the instructions it gives, the information provided to individuals and the configuration of its programmes. For the personal data it processes in its workspace, Apportly acts as processor under the data processing agreement, which forms part of the contract and prevails over these terms of use with regard to its subject matter. Apportly’s own processing is described in the privacy policy.
6. Availability, maintenance and security
Apportly takes reasonable steps to keep the service available and secure. Maintenance, updates or incidents may cause temporary interruptions. Quantified commitments regarding availability, support and backups apply only if they are included in the Organisation’s contract.
Users must promptly report any vulnerability, loss of access or suspicious activity and refrain from publishing a vulnerability before a reasonable remediation period has been allowed.
7. Liability
Apportly provides a management tool. It does not decide whether a contact is commercially qualified, an opportunity is accepted, a commission is paid or the Organisation complies with its industry’s requirements. Those decisions remain the responsibility of authorised individuals.
To the extent permitted by law, each party is liable for direct damage caused by its breaches. Any caps, exclusions and indemnification mechanisms applicable to the paid service must be set out in the professional contract, not inferred from this public page.
8. Duration, suspension and deletion
These terms apply throughout use of the website or account. Apportly may suspend access in the event of a security risk, manifestly unlawful use, a serious breach of these rules or instructions from the Organisation. Where circumstances allow, the user is informed and may submit observations.
Account closure and the handling of associated data depend on the user’s role, the Organisation’s instructions, statutory retention obligations and the provisions of the applicable contract.
9. Changes to these terms
Apportly may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, regulations or security measures. The update date is shown at the top of the page. Account holders will receive appropriate notice of any material change affecting them before it takes effect.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Before initiating proceedings, the parties are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution. The court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction is determined by the mandatory rules applicable to the parties’ status and the nature of the dispute.
