How does the free month work?

Application and Performance include 30 days with no charge, with a payment method saved in Stripe. Billing then starts automatically unless you cancel.

Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?

Yes. For monthly billing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. For annual billing, it disables renewal at the next due date.

Can I connect Apportly to my CRM or accounting software?

Yes, from Performance onwards. API keys and webhooks connect your compatible tools. The data to synchronize is agreed with your technical team.

How is my app launched?

From Application onwards, we guide you through setup, onboarding and publication on the App Store and Google Play.

What is actually unlimited?

From Application onwards: unlimited contacts, referral partners, referrals, conversations and tracked commissions, with no fees on awarded amounts. Referral programs are unlimited from Performance onwards.

Does a referral partner count as a team seat?

No. Only internal team members use a team seat: 1 with Application, 5 with Performance and 15 with Network. Referral partners remain unlimited.

How does annual billing work?

Application, Performance and Network are paid once for the year at a reduced rate.
